Mumbai Gold: A Doubly Healing Turmeric Latte Made with Broth

An immunity-boosting, anti-inflammatory turmeric latte upgraded with our signature broth to heal and soothe the gut and aid digestion.

Makes one 8-oz beverage

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz of Heart & Seoul Food Co. grass-fed beef broth
  • 1 tsp turmeric spice blend*
  • 4 oz choice of milk
  • raw honey to taste

*We like Diaspora's haldi doodh masala

Method:

  1. Heat bone broth to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat. Sift in turmeric spice blend.
  2. Add milk, whisk in honey, and continue heating until milk starts to bubble up the sides. 
  3. Remove from heat and froth with a handheld milk frother (recommended) or stir vigorously with a whisk. 
  4. Pour into a mug and savor this richly satisfying and soothing turmeric latte.
