Tokyo Drift: The Beef Broth Matcha Latte

Sweet, grassy matcha plays so well with a quiet, confident savoury backbone. Must be tried to be believed.

Makes 1x 8oz beverage

Ingredients:

1tsp of ceremonial-grade matcha
6oz of Heart & Seoul Grass-fed Beef Bone Broth
1tsp maple syrup or honey
Dash of vanilla essence
2oz barista coconut milk

Method:

1) Warm your bone broth to a simmer, either in a small saucepan over medium heat, or in the microwave for 30s, followed by 10s intervals.

2) In the meantime, use the back of a spoon to push your matcha through a fine strainer and into your cup.

3) Pour a splash of broth over the matcha, add maple or honey and vanilla essence then stir vigorously to incorporate. If available, use a milk frother at this stage for a better blend and fluffier texture.

4) Top up with remaining broth and savour.
